You want to transfer your steps to the WLP app via your smartphone?
Here are a few tips and tricks.

Important note:
To transfer your fitness data to the WLP app, you need to use your fitness tracker's app and a data transfer app, such as Health Connect.
Step Counting for Android Users
To count your steps, you need a fitness app like Google Fit, which you should then connect to Health Connect so that your fitness app's data can be transferred to the WLP app.
Even if your tracker isn't listed in the WLP app's selection, there's a good chance we can still measure your steps and walking time via Health Connect and Google Fit.
Here's a short guide:
If you're using an Android device and want to count your steps with a tracker, you'll need to know a few basics to ensure your data is transferred correctly.
1. Install the following apps:
- WLP App
- Google Fit to measure your data
- Data synchronization app, e.g., Health Connect, to transfer your collected data
2. Link the apps together:
- Open your data synchronization app (e.g., Health Connect)
- Ensure data sharing permissions are granted
- Make sure that, for example, Google Fit is used as the data source for your activity data
- Open the WLP App and go to Settings > Tracker Connection and select Health Connect to transfer the collected data from, for example, Google Fit
Done! Once you have set everything up and all connections are established, your data can be transferred.
Important note:
The Google Fit app does not transfer data to the WLP App. Therefore, combining it with a data synchronization app (e.g., Health Connect) is necessary for your data to be transferred correctly and completely to the WLP App.
Health Connect App Requirements:
If you choose the Health Connect app, your Android device must be running at least Android version 9.
Alternatives to Health Connect:
Health Connect is offered directly by Android, but there are alternative data synchronization apps available. Other alternatives include:
