Team-Challenges

Let your employees compete against each other in teams in exciting challenges.

In a team challenge, different teams compete against each other, and these teams can be created by participants themselves in the app. Therefore, WLP Customer Support does not create teams in advance! If only selected departments or locations are to participate in a challenge, this must be explicitly stated in the request.

Good to know: To request a team or cycling challenge, simply click the "Do you need support?" button in the backoffice and select the "Challenge Request" category in the form.

To create the team challenge, WLP Customer Support requires the following information:

• Start and end dates
• Type of challenge: steps or cycling challenge
• A description with all relevant information
• Optional: A self-selected image
• Please specify if only certain departments or locations should participate

Important:

The processing time for team and cycling challenges via WLP Customer Support is approximately 2 weeks, so please plan your challenge well in advance!

Once the challenge has been created by WLP customer service, further steps can be carried out independently in the app:

1. Click on “Find your team” to join or create a team.

2. Click on “Create a team” to create a team.

3. Select an image, give a team name and a team description, and click "Create a team" to complete the process.

4. Click "Tap to Share" to share the link with your friends and invite them to the challenge. There is an unlimited number of participants who can join the team. Click the "View Details" button for more information about your team.

5. Now you can view the challenge leaderboard. However, you can only see the different team names on the leaderboard. You won't be able to see which team members are in other teams. If you click on your team name, you can see your team members and their stats, such as the number of steps taken.

6. Important: If you delete the team you created, all members of the team, including you, will be removed from the challenge.
